1. Agreement and provider

By creating an account, accepting an order form, or using Total.Supply, you agree to these Terms. “Total.Supply” is the product and service name operated by Total Supply Online Store LLC, which is your contracting provider unless an applicable order form expressly identifies another provider. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it to these Terms.

2. The service

Total.Supply provides tools for hosted catalogs and stores, domains, product and inventory management, quotes, checkout, orders, payments, shipping, customer communications, analytics, marketplace and social connections, automation, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows. Features and limits depend on the selected plan, region, configuration, and third-party services.

3. Accounts and authorized users

You must provide accurate information, maintain current account and billing details, protect credentials, use appropriate staff permissions, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for authorized users and activity under your accounts, including connected provider accounts and bring-your-own credentials.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You—not Total.Supply—are the seller and merchant of record for products offered through your store unless an order form expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for:

  • product legality, safety, quality, descriptions, pricing, inventory, warranties, recalls, and required disclosures;
  • customer service, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, duties, sanctions, export controls, and consumer-protection compliance;
  • publishing accurate Terms, Shipping, Refund, Privacy, Data Retention, and other policies appropriate to your business;
  • obtaining rights and consents for content, contacts, messaging, tracking, and data uploaded or connected to the service; and
  • reviewing automated and AI-assisted output before relying on or publishing it.

Total.Supply policy templates and wizards are operational starting points and are not legal advice. Merchants must review them for their products and jurisdictions.

5. Fees, billing, and payment processing

Plan prices, usage allowances, platform transaction fees, and billing intervals are shown at signup, in your account, or in an order form. Applicable taxes may be added. Except where law requires otherwise, prepaid fees are non-refundable. Payment processors settle funds to the merchant's connected account and apply their own fees, holds, disputes, and terms. We may suspend paid features after failed payment or expiration of a stated cure period.

6. Third-party services and bring your own keys

You may connect payment, marketplace, shipping, email, messaging, social, analytics, storage, translation, AI, and other providers. You authorize Total.Supply to exchange information and take requested actions through those services. Third-party terms, limits, availability, charges, and data practices apply independently. Total.Supply is not responsible for a third party's service, decisions, or changes, though we will use reasonable care in our integration.

7. AI-assisted and automated features

AI and automation can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable results. They do not replace professional, legal, tax, safety, or compliance review. You remain responsible for prompts, inputs, approvals, published content, customer communications, and actions taken on your behalf. Where the product requests approval for a consequential action, you must review the proposed action before approval.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate law, sanctions, export restrictions, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or consumer rights;
  • sell prohibited, fraudulent, counterfeit, unsafe, or deceptively described goods or services;
  • send unlawful or unsolicited communications, impersonate others, or collect data without required notice or consent;
  • introduce malware, probe or evade security, disrupt the service, scrape protected areas, or exceed authorized access;
  • reverse engineer protected components except where that restriction is prohibited by law; or
  • use output or data to build or train a competing service in violation of applicable rights.

9. Content, data, and feedback

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Total.Supply a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, adapt, display, and back up that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the necessary rights. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

10. Platform intellectual property

Total.Supply and its licensors own the platform, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related rights. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription. No other rights are granted by implication.

11. Availability, changes, and beta features

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or necessary changes may affect features. Beta, preview, or experimental features may change or be discontinued and are provided for evaluation. Material reductions to paid commitments will be handled under the applicable order form or plan terms.

12. Suspension, cancellation, and deletion

You may cancel as described in your account. We may suspend or restrict access for security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, material breach, or harm to the service or others. After termination, access ends and data is handled under the Data Retention Policy. Export important data before closure. Instructions for requests are available at Data Deletion.

13. Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other's non-public confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. You are responsible for configuring roles, integrations, domains, and credentials appropriately. Security information is available on our security page and through enterprise review.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Total.Supply disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant sales outcomes, third-party services, AI output, legal compliance of merchant content, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Total.Supply's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Total.Supply and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your products, store, content, customer commitments, violation of law, infringement, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Total.Supply's own breach or misconduct.

17. General terms

The governing law, courts, and any negotiated dispute process identified in an order form control; otherwise applicable law determines them without limiting mandatory rights. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without consent except with a permitted business succession. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, plan terms, and any order form are the complete agreement for the service.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated when required and apply prospectively.
